The Coffs Coast Athletics Club (CCAC) is thrilled to announce that our Coffee Outlet Tender for the Northern Rivers Zone Championships 2025 is now open! We invite experienced coffee vendors to submit proposals to operate a premium coffee outlet at this exciting event, taking place on November 29-30, 2025.

Tender Highlights

• Event Details: Northern Rivers Zone Championships, November 29-30, 2025.

• Requirements:

  • High-quality and varied coffee menu (e.g., espresso, lattes, cold brews).

  • Sustainable practices and compliance with health regulations.

  • Professional setup, operational from 7:30 AM to at least 1:00 PM daily.

  • Removal of all waste generated by your outlet.

• Financial Proposal:

  • Propose a fee structure (flat fee, percentage of sales, or combination) payable to CCAC.

  • Specify any additional needs (e.g., power supply, water access).

• Selection Criteria:

  • Quality and variety of menu (30%).

  • Operator experience and reliability (25%).

  • CCAC alignment and reliability (30%).

  • Compliance with regulations and sustainability (15%).

  • Professionalism and presentation (10%).

Submission Process

• Deadline: 5:00 PM AEST, Friday, October 31, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Additional Notes

• CCAC will provide a designated area with power and water connections, subject to prior agreement.

• Successful tenderers must provide all necessary permits and insurance documentation before the event.

• CCAC reserves the right to accept or reject any tender at its discretion.
