Our first club night will commence on Thursday 12th October 23.

Due to Council restoration of track and fields at York Street - Coffs Harbour starting in 2 weeks time we will be relocating to: 

Toormina Oval - Toormina for 2023/24 season 

We will would like everyone at the fields by 4:50pm (5pm start).

We've had a great response so far this season from parents wanting to help out. 

Thanks to all who responded to our call for help with setting up each Thursday and taking on the Age Managers Roles each week.  Your help makes such a difference. 

You'd all know from our conditions of registration that parents are required to spend the competition night attending and helping out at their children's events. Thanks to all those who have last season, and to anyone new to athletics who doesn't yet know, this is not a sport where children are dropped off and picked up, or sent with another family. 

Additionally to this requirement we really need more hands on deck with our set up in the afternoon. We know it can be difficult with work times, but if anyone  can get to the fields to help out before start time, it would be greatly appreciated.

A small team of parents, athletes, and committee members are at the oval from 4pm setting up each week. Come and ask where you can help out. We have long jump pits to dig over, equipment to take to each event area, timing equipment and gazebos to set up and much more. In the past its been too many jobs done by too few people and its difficult to get it all done in time for our night to start.

So please come down and help share the workload.
